"This business originated in the Westside of San Antonio, but it seems as though this agent and its employees have forgotten there roots since relocating to the Northside of San Antonio. Rates are increasing every month with no relief in sight making it impossible for its original customers to afford. Finally got to speak with agent, and he provided no insight into the rate increases, made a rather negative comment about the viejitos in the Westside, and provided no possible solutions."
